These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Agency", or "Supplier") and Shoib Tour and Travels, operating the platform ShareUrSeats ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at shareurseat.com and its subdomains.
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
ShareUrSeats is a B2B (business-to-business) SaaS marketplace that connects travel agencies (who search for and book available seats) with suppliers (travel agencies or consolidators who offer available seats). The Platform facilitates:
ShareUrSeats acts solely as an intermediary technology platform. We do not operate airlines, buses, trains, or any other transport services, and we are not a party to the underlying travel contract between an agency and its end customer (passenger).
The Platform is intended exclusively for registered businesses engaged in the travel industry. By registering, you represent that:
Agencies complete a three-step registration including KYC document upload. Suppliers undergo admin review and must await explicit approval before accessing listing features. We reserve the right to reject any registration at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shareurseat.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
All users agree to use the Platform only for lawful B2B travel industry purposes and to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Act 2000, and GST regulations.
A booking on ShareUrSeats follows this sequence:
A booking is considered confirmed only when a supplier explicitly approves it and the agency completes payment. Neither a search result nor a pending booking constitutes a confirmed reservation.
Bookings not confirmed by the supplier within 30 minutes automatically expire. No charge is levied on the agency for expired bookings. The Platform is not liable for any loss arising from booking expiry.
The supplier bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the seat, PNR, and ticket details provided. ShareUrSeats does not verify or guarantee the validity of PNR numbers or tickets issued by suppliers.
All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. ShareUrSeats does not store card or bank account information.
The total amount charged to the agency for a booking comprises:
All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
Prices displayed may or may not include GST. Where applicable, GST will be charged in accordance with prevailing rates under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Users are responsible for their own GST compliance obligations.
In the event of a payment failure, the booking will not be confirmed. Any amount debited from your bank/card that is not credited to our account will be refunded by Razorpay per their standard refund timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
A flat convenience fee (currently ₹100 per booking, subject to change) is charged to cover platform operational costs, payment gateway charges, and technology infrastructure. This fee:
The convenience fee amount may be revised from time to time. The fee applicable at the time of booking shall govern that specific transaction.
An agency may cancel a booking under the following conditions:
A supplier may reject a pending booking before payment. Once payment has been made by the agency, the supplier must engage the agency directly to resolve the situation. Any post-payment cancellation by a supplier may entitle the agency to a full refund of the seat cost (minus the convenience fee).
ShareUrSeats reserves the right to cancel any booking in cases of fraudulent activity, platform misuse, or where required by law. In such cases, the agency will receive a full refund of the seat cost; the convenience fee will not be refunded.
Bookings that expire due to a supplier's failure to respond within 30 minutes are not cancellations; they are system-level expirations. No payment is charged for expired bookings.
Refunds of the seat cost (excluding the convenience fee) may be issued in the following scenarios:
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source via Razorpay. Refund timelines are governed by Razorpay and your card issuer/bank, typically 5–10 business days. ShareUrSeats is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.
To request a refund, email support@shareurseat.com with your booking reference number and reason. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the triggering event. Requests submitted after this window may not be entertained.
Any disputes regarding refunds between agencies and suppliers are to be resolved between those parties. ShareUrSeats may act as a facilitator but is not obligated to and will not be liable for any financial losses arising from such disputes.
Suppliers must maintain an active subscription plan to list seats on the Platform. Plans are available on quarterly and annual billing cycles. A 3-day free trial is provided to newly registered suppliers.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Current plan pricing is displayed on the Platform and is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan period has commenced, including if the account is suspended due to a violation of these Terms. Partial refunds for unused periods will not be provided.
If a subscription lapses, the supplier's seat listings will be hidden from search until the subscription is renewed. Active bookings in progress at the time of lapse will continue to be processed.
You must not, under any circumstances:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform including the ShareUrSeats brand, logo, software, interface design, and documentation is the exclusive property of Shoib Tour and Travels or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
Data you submit to the Platform (seat listings, passenger details, booking information) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant ShareUrSeats a licence to store, process, and display that data for the purpose of operating the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShareUrSeats and Shoib Tour and Travels shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to ShareUrSeats in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Disputes between agencies and suppliers regarding bookings, payments, or services must first be attempted to be resolved between the parties directly. ShareUrSeats may, at its discretion, facilitate a resolution but is not obligated to do so.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with a single arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, conducted in New Delhi.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
