Shoib Tour and Travels ("we", "us", "our") operates the ShareUrSeats platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal and business information when you use our platform at shareurseat.com.
This Policy is drafted in compliance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules"), and as guided by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA").
By registering on or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your information as described herein.

When an agency adds passenger details to a booking, the following personal data is submitted and processed:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify registered users of any such change via email.

ShareUrSeats is a B2B platform intended exclusively for adults operating registered businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 as account holders.
Passenger records may include child passengers (where an agency adds a child's travel details for a booking). This data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the travel booking and is governed by the agency's consent obligations to its customers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will always be accessible at shareurseat.com/privacy.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
